While Melissa is a Naturopathic Doctor, she is someone who is deeply rooted in our connection to Mother Earth, and the path of our spiritual evolution. She is re – defining the world of natural medicine and approaches healing as a multi dimensional process.
We explore and wonder about the miraculous nature of our body and being, discuss the world of supplements, our nervous system, the healing power of nature, the power of our unique self, the tools she uses to feel her best, how pleasure is key to healing, and everything in between. Holding the place for exploration, expansion and ultimately the key to it all, love.
