Welcome! We are Sharon and Cris, two neurodivergent, Latinx bilingual twins learning and unlearning while getting high and getting in their feels. We invite folks to listen to what resonates and honor their needs while engaging with our podcast. We firmly believe words are medicine and we hope that we can all co-create more medicine. We dream of building a #villageofcare and we invite folks to join us on this journey of self-discovery, inner healing, and reparenting. This is not for the faint of heart because this requires staying grounded in our heart space, in our power, and our day to day. We daydream, we cry, we laugh, we scream, and we live.
