Welcome! We are Sharon and Cris, two neurodivergent, queer, Latinx bilingual twins getting to know ourselves, questioning and unlearning the things we were taught, healing and growing. We invite folks to listen to what resonates and honor their needs while engaging with our podcast. We firmly believe words are medicine and we hope that we can all co-create more medicine.
