How (not) to be an Artist

Trying to ‘make it’ as an independent artist today is hard to say the least. It’s not just getting out the mic and interface to record your own music, it’s navigating yourself through each part of the industry; marketing through social platforms, trying to win a following (or even sometimes buy). I know there are many others alike who understand the struggle and so I want to have a space where we can chat very honestly about how (not) to be an artist!
