Another week in Coronapocalypse. It slowly starting to become the new normal. This virus is not only ruining lives, but claiming lives. On today’s show, we are paying tribute to one of our own who recently lost the battle to the Coronavirus. Bigg Gibbs or just Gibbs, was known in the Brooklyn streets as someone who cared about his community, someone who fought for his community. He was a mentor to so many people. One Gibbs major accomplishments was serving as the Director of Workforce Development with the Haitian American Caucus. There he changed the lives of over 100 individuals by helping them obtain their OSHA 300 license. This is just one of the ways that Gibbs touched lives.
Tonight, I am joined by Sam Pierre- Executive Director of Haitian American Caucus, Jackson Chery- World famous musician and Executive Producer of Bridging The Gap the Creole Project and Jeff Lindor- Founder of the Gentlemen’s Factory.
Rest In Power Bigg Gibbs your legacy lives on.
