Remark Back to Mine. Soundscapes engineered to provoke thought, reflection, emotion, and introspection; and venture from the conscious to the unconscious. Intended to be enjoyed from start to finish, these aural narratives take you on a journey from beginning to end. Although mostly ambient in nature and texture, there are a few soundscapes in the series which stray from this pattern.
The fourth Remark Back to Mine installment, Subliminal, was lost for years — hence why it appears so greatly out of order from the remainder of the podcast. The original recording was believed to be corrupted; however the master audio source file was recently found and it finally makes its long-awaited return 14 years later. Similar to its predecessor, Seclusion, this soundscape continues to play with the fine balance of ambient and indifferent, moody electronica, whilst maintaining the universal theme of escapism through music.
