Everyone has a lifetime of stories that are rarely shared beyond close family and friends. Stories brings on individuals each week to share tales from their lives, typically prior to 2000, that left an impact on them, changed the way they see themselves or the world, or stand out as an exciting and captivating story from a different time.
Lewis shares a story with the team about his time in the US Air Force, his various roles, his conflicted feelings, and his experiences with protesting from within the ranks. He tells of the political climate and the harsh response to service members who did not want to be drafted. From D.C. to Ohio, Pennsylvania to San Francisco, Lewis tells of the Cold War climate.
