Zana’s Table

My name is Oratile Muzana, though you may know me as Zana, the creator a podcast called “Zana’s Table”. I call myself that because I was given that nickname as a shortened version of my surname, and it’s easier to pronounce. I am a girl from South Africa with a mission: to help those who need someone to relate to. No matter your age, I am here. Give me something to speak about. Here is my opinion and experience. I am all for it. Let me take on your burdens and help you find a way through them.

I am not much of a writer; I am more of a speaker, a podcaster. For some reason, I felt the need to continue my rants and write them on a platform for all to see. I have been podcasting for 3 years now, and there is nothing more that brings me joy. From me, you should expect conversations on how to deal with certain issues regarding mental health, self-improvement, and self-motivation, because I’m a firm believer in bettering one’s inner and outer selves.
