What this means in terms of how our brains are wired and the psycho-physiological effects that hard work can have on our bodies and experience. We’re going to explore the basics of the bio-individual, as well as some of the ways that this information can be used in practice. We’ll also discuss how to recognise when a bio-individual work may be needed, what techniques can be looked at and how to work with them effectively. If you’re interested in learning more about the bio-individual, then this is the video for you. We all have different strengths and weaknesses, which is why it’s so important to find a practitioner that is tailored to your individual needs. In this video, I’ll discuss the Bio-Individual: The Badly Wired Human Brain & Psycho-Physiological Practice, and how it can help you Better Understand Yourself & Improve Your Practice.
