Welcome to A place of no shame, I’m your host Rivy here today just to let you guys know that I am super super excited this is my very first podcast I’ve been working extremely hard on this for months I tell you months and we are finally here y’all! I just want to jump straight into it I decided to start this podcast because I felt a need to create a healing space for others and such as myself that are in need.
