In this two-part episode, we will provide a general review of high-risk obstetrical emergencies treatment as well as some perils in transport of such patients. We sat down with Mandy Osborne, current practicing flight nurse with wealth of previous knowledge and experience in high risk OB world. Mandy was due to speak at “OB Challenges and Optimizing Maternal Transport” Conference that was presented by Phoenix Perinatal Associates in regards to morbidity and mortality of maternal transports. Due to onset of COVID-19, she has decided to present her case findings with us on Stand-Up 24.
