Parenting in a New Context: Strategies for Practitioners Supporting Refugee and Immigrant Caregivers is a podcast mini-series made for, and by, mental health practitioners. In these four episodes, a variety of guests discuss important topics for providers relevant for working with refugee and immigrant caregivers, with the goal of enhancing mental health providers’ and family therapy practitioners’ ability to effectively engage refugee and immigrant caregivers. The podcast is a partnership between the Refugee Trauma and Resilience Center at Boston Children’s Hospital, the Center for Resilient Families at the University of Minnesota, and the National Child Traumatic Stress Network.
