Black stories are a vital part of Black healing. That Black healing is a vital part of the world’s healing. Our stories are medicine and contain technology often overlooked in spaces that have actively de-centered Black bodies and voices. My Black Body Podcast is a container to share and grow nourishment for our collective bodies, minds and spirits. This podcast will serve as a living record. By centering Black stories told by Black people, we ensure that we play an integral role in preserving this moment in history for generations to come. We invite you to be a part of creating this historical record. By supporting this podcast, you can help decolonize narratives about and around Black bodies and facilitate their much needed healing.
