I address & dissect systemic -isms (rac-ism, sex-ism, class-ism, age-ism, gender-ism, san-ism & more) and the correlating -ologies (commonly held belief systems developed as a result of -isms over generations) tied to them. My mission is to educate, plant seeds of positive change & challenge society’s perception of today’s America by drawing awareness to the long-held, deeply-rooted disparity issues within our communities & across the nation, which disproportionately affect communities of color.
