L’nuey is a Mi’kmaw rights-based organization focused on the advancement, implementation and protection of the constitutionally entrenched rights of the Epekwitnewaq Mi’kmaq – the Mi’kmaq of Prince Edward Island. All of the work is guided by the direction of the Epekwitk Assembly of Councils, the Assembly is comprised of the full councils of Lennox Island and Abegweit First Nations.
