Arts, Literature, Other

Just two brothers discussing all things artistic. From music to novels to television to video games and so much more, we offer a young, contemporary look at the arts. Debating the controversies of the classics and arguing for art forms underappreciated, we bring to the listener a humorous hour unlike any other artistic or literary podcast. Forget Rodgers and Hammerstein’s ‘South Pacific’, the ‘South Park Movie’ is a much better musical. You think that Old English literature, like Beowulf’s battle with the dragon, is hard to read? Try defeating a dragon yourself in the outstanding video game ‘Cuphead’; it took us about five hours to complete that two and a half minute level. Educational but vibrant, academic but uncensored, we deeply analyse a variety of topics which could be considered under the parameter of ‘art’. Warning… we are not afraid to tackle adult topics or use adult language from time to time. We hope you enjoy the podcast. New episode released every week.
This is the story of a gay, anti-monarchist atheist in the 1590s. This is the story of a writer who saw the line in the sand and spat on it. This is the story of a man who was centuries ahead of his time, and met a gruesome end because of it.
