History magazine show currently focusing upon the 1918 flu pandemic (also known as Spanish Flu) which, it is estimated, infected almost a third of the world’s population. I aim here, to take you on a journey where we investigate what it was like to live in these times; what the governments did to try and control this virus and how people coped with the pain and suffering.
Older episodes of Historyzine (goodness, 10 years ago now) have visited the topic of The War of the Spanish Succession.
