He is the resident doctor on BBC One’s Breakfast, a regular commentator on BBC Radio and hosts his own chart-topping podcast, Feel Better Live More. His new book is The Stress Solution, which proposes simple and achievable interventions to help you reset your body, mind, relationships and purpose, offering simple tools for how to cope with modern life.
