The Stories of Sherlock Holmes was a South African radio drama that aired on Springbok Radio in Johannesburg. Produced by Michael Silver, the series consisted of 50 episodes, each running between 20 to 30 minutes. It featured Graham Armitage as Sherlock Holmes and Kerry Jordan as Dr. Watson. The show was broadcast on Sunday evenings at 6 PM, bringing classic Holmesian mysteries to South African audiences.

Springbok Radio was a major force in South African broadcasting from 1950 to 1985, and this adaptation of Sherlock Holmes added to its rich legacy of radio drama. While not as widely known as the BBC or American productions, it remains a fascinating piece of radio history.
