Macfortheblind.com is a place specifically for blind people who are either users or potential users of Macintosh computers or iOS devices, such as the iPhone, iPad or iPod. We provide a variety of free resources for the potential user, the new user or the experienced user, which includes many types of documentation, manuals, tutorials, file downloads, tips and tricks and how to material, and audio demonstrations. As a user of the Mac since OS X 10.4 Tiger and someone who also has used an iPhone and iPad since VoiceOver became available on them, I have over 7 years of experience using Apple products. Additionally, being an Apple Certified Support Professional for Mac OS X Lion and an Authorized Apple Store Business Affiliate, I also offer training on the Mac and iOS devices, as well as technical support and assistive technology consultations.
