World renowned artist David Choe turns his eccentric, compassionate and disruptive worldview into a lens for an audience to experience a kind of radical empathy for others. Using the acts of art, play, sensitivity and connection, the audience moves along with Dave between motivational interviewer to motivational listener, transmuting the trauma of each subject he decides to riff on in a pure act of play. Through artistic improvisation, childlike experimentation and meandering meditations, the show serves as a playground for its main through line and objective: fun.
