Citywide is a talk show that explores New York’s art scene. It airs live every Tuesday from 7:30-8pm on WNYU 89.1 FM New York and streams over the internet at wnyu.org. Each week, your host talks with NYC performers, writers, directors and visual artists. Previous guests on the show have included Geraldine Hughes, who wrote and performed the one-woman show “Belfast Blues” and recently starred in “Rocky Balboa,” Miranda July, who created the movie “Me and You and Everyone We Know,” and Aasif Mandvi, now a Daily Show correspondent, who starred in the controversial and popular political play “Guantanamo: Honor Bound to Defend Freedom.” You can visit www.wnyu.org/citywide for more information. This episode will be Darren Levy’s last as host. We will hear from a few past guests and friends — TV Host Boaz Frankel, Publicist David Gibbs, Abstract Conceptual Artist Ula Einstein and Sideshow Performer Tyler Fyre. Thanks to everyone for all your support! This has been the best experience of my life. Keep in touch — www.darrenlevy.net
