An architect and an engineer discuss how the State influences development of the Built Environment, and consider alternative, non-aggressive means for resolving conflict and promoting cooperation in the development of the built environment. Tim and Joe are twin brothers who have a combined three decades of experience delivering local and international construction projects. Tim is a registered architect based in Boston who has designed and managed many projects throughout New England and New York. Joe is an engineer based in Adelaide, South Australia, with multidisciplinary experience including mechanical, electrical, automation, and IT. By applying ideas of anarcho libertarianism to topics including land use planning, zoning, cities, urban design, utilities, infrastructure, transportation, architecture, and design, Anarchitecture hopes to demonstrate that anarchism is conceivable, possibly achievable, and ultimately desirable.
