“Us Mentoring Us” is a group focused on the mentorship challenges unique to “Us” in the Air Force. “Us” according to definition is used by a speaker to refer to himself or herself and one or more other people as the object of a verb or preposition. The vision of “Us Mentoring Us” is to provide culture-focused mentorshp and a networkng atmosphere amongst service mbrs while creating a safe space for open professional dialogue on unique issues and how they relate to the group. The Vision of the “Us Mentoring Us” is to foster professionalism and growth at all stages in our career.
