Your Day of Battle did not end oversees or when you took off that uniform. It continues to this day, and it means to take you down. Years will go by and the battle will continually call your name. Get into the fight and develop your warrior soul with the One who created the warrior spirit. You remember praying when you were in combat or before going out on patrol. Those were important prayers and we are going to continue pushing forward in the fight with God on our minds. Joe Hayes is a United States Marine who fought in Ramadi, Iraq and was wounded in action. His Day of Battle was April 6, 2004. Many men were lost that day and it has remained one of the most historic battles in Iraq. He served with the 2nd Battalion 4th Marines, the Magnificent Bastards. Joe is a total Bastard. He is a husband, father and follower of Jesus.
