Despite the wealth of talent in our theater community and productions, we often struggle to capture and share the inspirational stories and experiences of our designers, actors, directors, writers, and producers. This is due to the fact that we are often too busy working on productions to take the time to document the passion and creativity that drives our work. As a result, the talent in our community is underrepresented.
