Books, Movies, and Musicals! Oh, My!

Two best friends embark on a journey to ruin all of their favorite childhood stories. Especially Harry Potter. And the Disney Princesses. And anything else we can get our hands on. We dive deep into the stories we know and love, but do we really know them? It turns out we don’t! Upon realizing we didn’t know these stories as well as we thought, we decided to embark on a mission to dive deep and analyze as many as we possibly can (while dragging some amazing guests along with us). If you hadn’t guessed it by now, many things don’t make sense in these books, movies, and musicals. So come join us, Karen and Colleen, as we tear apart our childhood loves and discover things we never noticed before.

Guess who’s even more confused about wizarding things??? It’s us! In this episode, we discuss the Quidditch World Cup and the history that just doesn’t add up, not to mention that the Ireland Quidditch team and the Bulgarian Quidditch team are two VERY opposite teams. It’s kind of hilarious when you think about it. After the Cup is over and (spoiler alert) Ireland wins, we get a fun shape in the sky called the Dark Mark! Come hear our thoughts on it!
