Pole dancing comedian Siân Docksey noticed how much pole dancing had improved her mental health, so she started a podcast from her parent’s basement about it. This grew into interviews with pole dancers about everything from creativity, body confidence and gender identity to sex worker activism and business skills.

Co-hosted with comedian Lulu Popplewell, the podcast speaks to sexy stick enthusiasts at all levels about the art of stick-dangling: from hobbyists using pole to manage a disability to multi-competition winning professional dancers, instructors and studio owners shaking up the industry.
