Insights on Internships from Professor Jones (IOI)

This podcast is targeted at students majoring in hospitality and tourism management who have an internship or work experience requirement. That also includes those with an event management or MICE emphasis, as it is called certain parts of the world. During my years as a hospitality industry professional, I hired and managed interns; as a faculty member I supervised students during their internships and oversaw internship courses; as an academic administrator I developed curriculum that incorporated internships and work experience.
