Due to changes in the culture and a renewed vision for discipleship in Youth Ministry, many are re-examining approaches to Youth Ministry. The Covid-19 “Divine Disruption” accelerated changes and also revealed things about Youth Ministry that have served to clarify our true mission. In this episode, Youth Pastor, Ben Best, and the Director of Youth and Family Ministries at Cairn University, Dr. Matt McAlack, discuss implications of the changes and refreshed opportunities that exist to reach and disciple teenagers.
