We discuss how the change from Basic Payment Scheme to Environmental Land Management scheme will effect farmers and the recent announcement regarding the consultation on the lump-sum payment, “exit” scheme as part of the Agricultural Transition Plan with James Walton and Phil Dunn from Brown and Co.
