‘Sales Intersection’, a podcast providing a medium where my guests and I can discuss where we derive meaning, fulfillment, and passion for sales. I’ve been in sales close to 20 years. My experience has been it’s a profession that attracts some of the world’s most colorful personalities but ironically sales people are graded on a the most black and white binding method that exists. You hit your quota, you’re a good person. You don’t, you’re a bad person. My guests and I explore how to maximize the color and minimize the black and white.
