Things have been and continue to be crazy right now in our country and our world…and they seem to be getting crazier by the day. In the midst of all that is going on, it is completely understandable to feel overwhelmed, outraged, and crazy ourselves. However, it’s important to remember that we’re not crazy, we’re just living in crazy times. On this episode, I talk about some of the ridiculous and upsetting events of the past few weeks and how we can stay engaged in all that is happening, without making ourselves insane in the process.
