Remember? Restore is what you do to get your head back in the game and we all need it. There’s no point in slogging on for hour after hour, day after day, week after week, ‘cos your productivity just falls right off and you’ll make yourself sick.
So breaks and holidays are the way to go, right?
Well yes, obviously.
But how long should your break be? Is it worth not taking a break?
