by

Anthony Gold from Anthony’s Desk shares his lessons learned from entrepreneurship, building social impact businesses, startup investing, running successful for-profit and nonprofit organizations, and his own personal growth. He’s had the great fortune of being an investor, entrepreneur, CEO, software developer, hardware engineer, and intern – and is still amazed that one of the supercomputers he architected is in the Guinness Book of World Records. Anthony has had his work, including his most recent co-venture, ROAR for Good, featured in many publications including the Huffington Post, MTV News, Fortune, Brit+Co, Inc, Mashable, Bustle, Entrepreneur, New York Times, Fast Company, LifeHacker, Discovery News and many others. Anthony is a frequent guest speaker at many organizations and recently delivered the commencement address at the Penn State University graduate school. Anthony’s greatest sources of learning were terrific mentors, inspiring colleagues, and many mistakes made the hard way. Those lessons learned – and his desire to continually grow – form the basis of everything he writes and talks about. Topics include startups, social impact B-corporations, raising millions in startup capital, successful crowdfunding, personal productivity (getting things done / GTD), getting discovered, public speaking, career growth, lean startup, feminism & male allies in the business environment, philosophy, self-improvement, and empowerment. Discover what happens when we function at the intersection of skill, passion, and market / societal need. Learn life and business lessons for achieving goals, transforming society, and living a fulfilling, impactful life.
