I Come As One

by

“I come as one, but I stand as 10,000.” Dr. Maya Angelou’s words epitomize the strength, resilience, and connection of Black women’s individual and collective experiences. We’ll explore stories of microaggressions, gendered racism, and overall workplace BS! This pod is for those who intimately know this struggle and for anyone brave enough to contribute to and champion the success of Black women. We’ll share info and strategies for moving beyond personal responsibility to healing from workplace trauma. Our mission is to provoke change and build sisterly bonds as we grow our 10K community.
