This week we are talking about diversity and inclusion with Tatiana Dorsey! Tatiana works in the Consumer Goods Industry in the space of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. She is dedicated to creating inclusive and equitable working environments where employees feel welcomed and bring their “whole-selves” to work and having the opportunity to grow, contribute, and develop.
She continues her commitment to community service within her ownership and operation of The LadyBUGS, a 501c(3) mentoring organization with a mission to Build, Uplift, and Guide our Sisters. Her org is committed to ensuring every girl is empowered, specifically targeting those of marginalized groups.
